A Simple Photograph

Though a specific place changes with each passing moment of time, a photograph can help us capture those moments for a lifetime. These treasures can inspire, dazzle, bring joy, and ignite and rekindle our memories over and over again. The power of the captured image never fades. Indeed, it grows only stronger with time, as it is these images that preserve memories and thoughts for all of our lives.

By awakening our imaginations, photographs bring out of us the creativity that sets us apart from all other life. They allow us to dream great dreams, remember fond moments, and taste the unmistakable taste of life. By doing so, these images cease to be inanimate colors painted on film or digitized onto computer screens, but take on a special life all of their own.

When viewed by people from the world over, they spread the fragrance of life to all who glimpse them, person to person, much as butterflies grace the spring, flower to flower.

A photograph--any photograph--can help enrich our lives: making them a little better, a little happier, and a little more special. When we are open to the possibilities offered by these suddenly extraordinary images, we take one more step toward living life as it was meant to be lived.  Then, the photograph's real power is unlocked for our benefit and life's treasures become our great discoveries.
