The Yonghe Gong (Beijing, China)
The Yonghe Gong is among the largest Tibetan Buddhist complexes outside of Tibet. Its ornately designed buildings demonstrate the attention that was paid to detail by the Buddhists not just in the construction of their temples but also in the conduct of their daily lives. It is an inspiring and comforting place for one to visit.
